Welcome to Church Verified (accessible at churchverified.com). By accessing our website, requesting a diagnostic audit, booking a review, or engaging our verification sprint services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. About ChurchVerified & Scope of Services

Church Verified provides digital discovery audits, search optimization consulting (including Schema.org structured metadata design), and local map profile verification (including Google Business Profile, Apple Business Connect, Bing Places, and directory synchronization) tailored specifically for churches and faith-based organizations.

2. Diagnostic Audits & Scans

Our complimentary or introductory 2-page diagnostic visibility scans are prepared using publicly accessible web data, search engine results, and third-party algorithmic graders at the time of analysis. They are intended as informational diagnostic evaluations to illustrate potential navigation drop-off risks and search metadata gaps.

3. Client Account Ownership & Delegate Access

ChurchVerified operates under a strict principle of client ownership:

• Your church retains 100% legal ownership of your primary Google Business Profile, Apple Business Connect account, domain DNS, and website CMS.
• When engaging our 14-Day Sprint or Retainer services, you may grant Church Verified temporary managerial or delegate access solely to verify listings, resolve pin placement, and implement schema markup.
• Church Verified will never claim primary ownership over your accounts or lock you out of your digital assets.

4. Third-Party Platforms & Search Engines

While Church Verified implements industry best practices to correct visitor pin routing and structure website code according to Schema.org standards, we do not own or control Google, Apple, Microsoft, Yelp, or third-party AI answer engines (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini). Approval timelines, algorithmic index updates, and ranking positions are ultimately subject to the independent policies of those third parties.

5. Fees, Beta Sprints, & Case Study Agreement

Fees for our 14-day verification sprint and ongoing retainer packages are set forth on our website or invoice. Churches participating in our introductory $200 Beta Sprint cohort receive a substantially discounted rate in exchange for consenting to participate in a case study upon sprint completion, allowing Church Verified to highlight before/after visibility metrics with pastoral sign-off.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Church Verified and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services, third-party platform algorithm updates, or temporary navigation disruptions. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client to Church Verified for the specific service in dispute.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
